My Airport Theory (Main Character Energy)
(Skip to the bottom to get to the point… you might want to)
I am the Queen of “5” meaning “5 reasons why, 5 ways to, 5… 5.. 5” because I feel like it doesn’t take much to get to the point for me. Things are very simple and I like to keep things to the point. I told myself actually, my blog is whatever I want it to be. However I want it to be. It doesn’t have to be perfect or politically correct. I have my own creative space to do me pretty much……. I don’t care to have the perfect layout (Although I am a creative director at heart) I see colors, hear sounds and have the eye for placement. I don’t care to hit a certain word count on my blog post. (It basically is my space to scrapbook my thoughts, my theory’s and my mindset) I much rather write than talk half of the time (There is enough noise everywhere you look and turn)…… and I could easily publish like 10 books if I had the time and attention span to do so….. Anyhow let me explain in short my AIRPORT THEORY. I came up with this concept in my mind when I was literally in the airport one day, and it stuck with me… this is how my thoughts work. I see something, I come up with whatever I want it to be, and then I lay it out.
Simple enough for me.

So basically I want to lay this out very simple and to the point. When I think about MAIN CHARACTER (I pretty much think everyone is really a main character whether they feel like they are or not) You can’t force someone to wake up and realize this, because some people have not tapped into the creative side of life yet. I think some people are too focused on the negatives of life to slow down enough to see that life is full of beauty, creation and invention.

To start let me just say for some people “Main Character Energy” (MCE) is a new concept for them. It’s a growing trendy topic basically giving people the freedom to adopt a mindset of focusing on their self. Giving them permission to live a life focused inward and not outward. Not magnifying others, but focusing on theirself for their own inner growth. Reflections and potential. (That’s what I think it is at least) for me it’s a lifestyle... I have always been the highlight of my life, I have always been inward (yet outward) but now I’m in. All the way in …. I’ll always be my main focal point. You can’t pour from a empty cup.. so I keep my reserve full.

“MY AIRPORT THEORY“
In short if you visit a airport it can remind you that everyone is equally important and living their lives as their own “Main Character” which it’s not a game. Each person really is here living out their life as they are supposed to be. AS THE MAIN. They are in fact their own highlight. For me I emphasize this so people can get out of their own head, and out of their own way. Because realistically people seem to have this idea, that they are more important than the next person (No one is any more valuable than the next person, more highly functioning yes potentially...) Everyone is the highlight of their own life, and some how some people think they are magnified and this super character in anyone else’s life. (The reality is you’re not — with the exception of a romantic partner or children if a person has children. There are exceptions to this theory that I have to work out in my mind lol...) The quicker you realize this concept, the quicker you will hopefully slowly get over social anxiety, and superiority complex. it is a tough reality when a person lives their life overthinking, and thinking that when they walk in a room somehow everyone is hyper focused on them as their plot twist. I really just like to bring people down to a sense of reality, and to realize that every person around you is trying to become the best version of their self (Or they think about it) if they start to create and move towards that reality is up to them….. and that is their business. I don’t think about other people too much and leave people even close to me space to grow, develop and become whoever they choose to be.
So in short I always say… walking through the airport will humble anyone very quickly… especially the big ones LAX, HOUSTON, ATL, FL etc. “Everyone is someone in a airport (and they are) Everyone is going somewhere in a airport (they all have a designated destination) and they all have someone to see.” – Autumn Davis
So to relax, enjoy your life for what it can be, and to realize you are a piece of the bigger picture…. go to the airport for a quick reminder. People will hardly have time to even notice you ๐
So yeah.. that’s the theory very short and to the point. I plan to come back and maybe add a bit more, but not too much. I do not like overly long drawn out digital reads, and I don’t intend to ever be long winded. So….. until next time.

Me being the main character that I am… (In Starbucks getting some work done, and being you know. The Main Character. .
